Registration & Entry Requirements
  • All attendees must be registered in advance.
  • You must either:
    • Be registered as an official Summit Attendee, OR
    • Present a valid EarthX event badge.
  • Walk-ups will be permitted after onsite registration.
Safety First: This is a youth leadership event — safety and accountability are top priorities. All guests may be subject to credential verification, bag checks, and security screening.
Payment Policy

Cash is NOT accepted for any food or beverage purchases. All food trucks and carts will accept:

  • Credit/debit cards
  • Mobile payment (Apple Pay, Google Pay, etc.)
Prohibited Items

For the safety of all attendees, the following are strictly prohibited:

  • No weapons of any kind (firearms, knives, etc.)
  • No outside food or beverages
  • No alcohol or illegal substances
  • No large bags/backpacks (subject to screening)

*We will have food trucks and on-site food carts available.

Getting Here & Parking

Airports:

  • DFW International: 20–30 mins from downtown.
  • Dallas Love Field (DAL): 15–20 mins from downtown (Convenient for domestic).

Parking: Parking is limited. Carpooling or ride-shares (Uber/Lyft) are highly encouraged. We cannot guarantee on-site parking availability.

This experience is By Invitation Only. A separate credential is required. If invited, you will receive confirmation and instructions directly via registration.

Media & Consent Notice

By entering, you consent to photography, video, and audio recording for promotional and media use. If you are under 18, a signed parental consent form is required prior to participation.

  • Arrive early for check-in.
  • Dress comfortably (Innovation Hubs are hands-on!).
  • Bring a refillable water bottle (water stations available).
