Official Event Policies

Girls Save The World™ Global Youth Leadership Summit
In collaboration with EarthX

By registering for or entering the Event, you agree to the following policies and conditions.

1. Registration & Admission
  • All attendees must be pre-registered or hold a valid EarthX badge.
  • Walk-up registration is not permitted; Event credentials are non-transferable.
  • Badges must be worn and visible at all times. Lost badges must be reported immediately.
Organizers reserve the right to refuse admission or remove any individual for violation of policies or unsafe conduct.
2. Youth Protection & Minor Participation

This is a youth-centered event. For participants under 18:

  • A signed parent/guardian consent form and emergency contact info are required.
  • Students must remain within designated programming areas and may not leave without authorization.
  • All mentors and volunteers may be subject to background verification.
3. & 4. Conduct & Security

All participants agree to respectful conduct, free from harassment or bullying. For the safety of all, the following items are prohibited:

  • Weapons of any kind, Drones, or Hazardous materials.
  • Outside food, beverages, alcohol, or illegal substances.

*All bags are subject to screening.

7. Intellectual Property & Student Prototypes

Students retain the right to: Reference work in portfolios, develop ideas independently, and seek commercialization (subject to joint terms).

Independence Gardens retains the right to: Document, promote, and use Student Works for educational, reporting, and sponsorship purposes.

10. & 11. Sustainability & Transportation

We encourage refillable water bottles and sustainable transport. Parking is limited; carpooling and ride-shares (Uber/Lyft) are highly recommended. Nearby airports include DFW and Dallas Love Field.

12. Purpose XChange & E.L.L.A Awards Gala

The experience on April 21, 2026 is By Invitation Only through separate credentialed registration. Admission is restricted to approved invitees.

14. Liability & Assumption of Risk

Participation is voluntary. Participants assume reasonable risk associated with event attendance. Girls Save The World™ and its partners shall not be liable for personal injury, loss, or damage except where prohibited by law.
